ABOUT FBCM little KIDS
FBCM Little Kids weekly activities are for kids 3 and 4 years old. Our nursery is for newborns to age 2. It is important to us to provide a place for loving, Christ-like care of your little ones and to teach them simple truths about Jesus. For kids Kindergarten through 6th grade, see our Kids Ministry page.
SUNDAYS
9 AM SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sunday School classes are Bible classes based on age group. Our kids meet in small classrooms based on age group to learn from the Bible in a ways that help them understand!
10:15 AM wiggle worship (3’s & 4’s)
As we begin to teach our children about worshiping God, “Wiggle Worship” is our space for kids ages 3 and 4 to worship God through singing and dancing at a level that they can understand. Once kids enter Kindergarten they join our older kids for Kids Worship which, in addition to singing and other activities, involves sitting still for a lesson from God’s Word. We want to allow our 3 and 4 year olds to worship as the age that they are, so we group them separately to give them the freedom to do so!
AWANA
WEDNESDAY NIGHTS AT 6 PM
Meets during the school year 6 to 7:15 PM in the Chapel
Awana Clubs is a ministry that provides Bible-based evangelism and graded discipleship for children and teens ages 2 yrs to 6th grade. The name Awana is an acronym for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed,” which comes from their key verse: “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15, KJV). The goal of Awana is to “reach kids, equip leaders, and change the world” by making one disciple at a time.

We have a rotating team of volunteers to care for our newborns through age 2 on Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, and for certain events. All of our volunteers go through background checks, and we employ secure check-in procedures to make sure that your children are in the best care.
