ABOUT FBCM KIDS
FBCM Kids Ministry weekly worship services and activities are for kids Kindergarten through 6th grade. (For younger children, see FBCM Little Kids.) Our focus is on both kids’ personal growth in God and parent discipleship. We want to grow kids who passionately love God and who pursue His purpose for their lives. And we want to equip parents to disciple their children outside of the four walls of FBCM. The mission of FBCM Kids is to equip parents and kids to know, honor, and treasure GOD, so that they will live as faithful disciples for His glory.
Sunday Mornings
9 AM SUNDAY SCHOOL
At 9 AM Sunday we hold Bible classes – kids meet in classrooms based on age group.
10:15 AM kids worship
This is our main weekly worship gathering where all kids worship together in the Chapel. Kids are directed to the Chapel after being checked in by parents. Kids worship takes place every Sunday morning, except for the first Sunday of each month when we join the rest of our church family at 10:15 a.m. for corporate family worship in the Main Sanctuary.
AWANA
WEDNESDAY NIGHTS AT 6 PM
Meets during the school year from 6 PM – 7:15 PM in the Chapel
Awana Clubs is a ministry that provides Bible-based evangelism and graded discipleship for children and teens ages 2yrs–6th grade. The name Awana is an acronym for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed,” which comes from their key verse: “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15, KJV). The goal of Awana is to “reach kids, equip leaders, and change the world” by making one disciple at a time.
